Prior to NorthLadder, Sandeep was Managing Director at Careem, MENA region’s leading mobility company (acquired by Uber for 3.1 B$). Sandeep had P&L accountability for the $1B+ core ride hailing business and led the largest team at Careem across Tech, Operations, Marketing and Customer Service
Prior to Careem, Sandeep spent 15+ years in a variety of entrepreneurial and leadership roles, primarily at McKinsey & Company and GE Capital across the Middle East, US and India
Sandeep has an Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM)
Prior to joining NorthLadder, Mihin was the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Landmark Group, a multi billion dollar retail conglomerate with operations across 15+ countries. Mihin was instrumental in building one of the largest ecommerce operations in the region and building and operating two of the region’s most advanced and largest automated distribution centers.
Prior to Landmark Mihin spent over 6 years at McKinsey & Company, his last role as Associate Partner serving CXO’s across industries on a variety of strategy and operations topics. Prior to McKinsey, Mihin was a partner at a leading consulting and internal / management audit firm in India.
Mihin is a Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from INSEAD
